The S.O.IG. Acronym: Show Observe Interact Grow
SOIG is an acronym for four actions: Show – Observe – Interact – and – Grow. These actions serve as a common language for implementing the SOIG system into organizations. To this end, SOIG facilitates the teaching of new tasks, goals, procedures, skills, and knowledge, for any learning situation. The 4 actions are used to perform an interactive process that empowers organizations with a simple and flexible learner-centered “go to framework” (performance structures and practices) for delivering the training, coaching, and consulting model (ICTCM).
